Using bob's as inspiration, i converted my ex250f into what i call an ex250s, the standard version. I'm not sure what to call but naked seems to be the catchall word They come in different sizes for different fork diameters

The speedo/tach is a trail tech vapor, from trailtech.net, with trail tech's indicator light dashboard. $129 for the gauge, $50 for the dashboard If you use it, make sure you call them and get the correct resistor for the tach wire I have posts on ninjette.org. My ninja was dropped before i had it and the front plastics are a little beat up
